此設定決定變質系統是否啟用。

當遊戲模式 (PHI-GM) 設定為 VP 時，此設定效果也會生效。
為補償，增設由 營養物 (Nutrients) 合成為 變質物 (Spoilage) 的配方，在 農業 (Agriculture) 科技中解鎖。

This setting decide if the spoilage system is enabled.
When set to false, the spoilage on the item other than iron or copper bacteria, will be disabled.
When the game mode (PHI-GM) is set as VP, this setting will also take effect.
To compensate, add new recipe, nutrients to spoilage, will be added, which unlocks at agriculture technology.
